Majolica Caltagirone Collection
In the heart of Sicily, the town of Caltagirone has been producing ceramics for hundreds of years. In the town center, the 142 steps leading up to the main piazza are lined with rows of tiles, each one different. The steps are also lined with many wonderful ceramic shops; this collection was one of my happiest discoveries.
